Oxygen Healing Therapies in Cancer - The following is excerpted from an article in the magazine, "What Doctors Don’t Tell You.”
Today, physicians around the world are using ozone to treat a wide spectrum of diseases, including, AIDS, asthma, cystitis, herpes, rheumatoid arthritis, and cancer.
Ozone is a type of oxidative therapy. “ Oxidative therapies induce your white blood cells to make tumor -killing properties,” explains Dr. Robert J. Rowen. When introduced into blood that has been removed from one’s veins and has flowed into a sterile evacuation container and gently mixed with a patients’ blood and then returned under sterile conditions to the patient intravenously, “ozone triggers an avalanche of beneficial changes: it boosts circulation, activates the immune system, and improves the exchange of oxygen in the blood.”
For over 80 years, it’s been known that low oxygen levels are associated with cancer. Dr. Otto Warburg, a Nobel Prize-winning physician working in Germany, made this discovery in the 1930’s and presented his findings a Nobel Laureate’s meeting in Germany in 1966. ‘ Cancer cells meet their energy needs by fermentation. They are dependent on glucose, and a high oxygenation environment is toxic to them,’ he said.”
“ Warburg’s research was confirmed in 1980, when scientists reported laboratory evidence showing that ozone selectively inhibits the growth of cancer cells. “
Dr. Frank Shallenberger, a homeopathic medical doctor in Nevada, has authored numerous papers in the international peer reviewed literature on ozone therapy and oxygen utilization. Dr. Charles Farr, M.D., Ph.D.. is widely quoted from his research into the effectiveness of Bio-Oxidative therapies in treating cancer, in the excellent book called Oxygen Healing Therapies.
As the book states, “most disease states are caused by oxygen starvation at a cellular level.” Such therapies as major autohemotherapy with ozone, hydrogen peroxide intravenously, and ultraviolet blood irradiation with ozone are important adjunctive therapies in cancer.
